Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern the use of Annika's Work From Home ("Annika's"), a free work from home community. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

"We," "us," and "our" refer to Annika's Work From Home, the website owner. A "Visitor" is anyone who browses the site. A "Member" is a registered user of our services. "User" refers to both Visitors and Members. "Content" includes all text, graphics, data, and media on the site, whether provided by us or by Users.

Annika's is not an incentive site and does not operate as a market research company or paid survey provider. All resources are provided free of charge as a community for earning extra income through surveys, focus groups, and related opportunities.

We may update these terms at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts, without notice, for violations including but not limited to abusive messages, harassment, or actions detrimental to the site or its community.

2. User Responsibilities

By submitting content (such as comments, links, or posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the site and in related promotional materials. You retain ownership of your submissions.

Copying or reproducing any site content (including text, images, HTML, and videos) without our prior written permission is a copyright violation. To report issues, please contact us via our contact form.

3. Third-Party Links and Content

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement or guarantee of accuracy. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

Clinical trial listings and similar opportunities are provided "at your own risk." Any issues, disputes, or claims arising from participation are strictly between you and the manufacturer, sponsor, or provider.

Survey Blacklist listings are based on feedback from members and volunteers and are provided without malice. If a listed domain has changed ownership or you believe a listing is inaccurate, you may contact us to request reevaluation.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content, or for actions taken by third parties.

We are not responsible for claims, statements, or representations made by users in comments, reviews, or other submissions. All user-generated content reflects the views of the individual user, not Annika's.

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website. Google Analytics gathers information about website usage through cookies. The information collected is used to create reports that help us understand how visitors interact with our site. Google’s privacy policy can be found at: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

10. Newsletter Policy

We reserve the right to deny newsletter subscriptions at our discretion for security, fraud-prevention, or identity-verification reasons.

To protect our community from spam, hacked accounts, and abusive sign-ups:

We do not approve email addresses from 163.com,gmx.de.

We do not approve newsletter sign-ups where the email address does not match the name on the account.

Example:
Account name: "Jerry"
Email submitted: "Vicky9532@___"
This is treated as a breached, hacked, or fraudulent email and will be rejected.

Suspicious, mismatched, or compromised email addresses may be permanently blocked from subscribing.

Attempts to bypass these protections may result in IP-level or domain-level restrictions.

Additional blocked domains exist and will be added as they are recalled or newly identified. Any domain associated with spam, breaches, compromised accounts, or abusive sign-ups will be permanently denied.

11. Abuse, Harassment & Misrepresentation Disclaimer

Respectful Conduct: By requesting or receiving referral-only assistance, you agree to maintain respectful, professional communication at all times. Harassment, manipulation, hostile behavior, or abusive conduct will result in immediate and permanent discontinuation of any interaction.

No Defamation or Misrepresentation: You agree not to misrepresent the nature of this assistance, fabricate claims, or publicly state that paid services, advertising, or contractual work were provided. Any attempt to distort, defame, or mischaracterize my work, my website, or my intentions may result in removal from all future consideration and, if necessary, appropriate action to protect my reputation.

Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline or discontinue assistance at any time, for any reason, without explanation. Referral-only assistance is discretionary, limited, and not guaranteed.

12. Link Removal Policy

Annika's Work From Home ("Annika's") does not guarantee removal of publicly accessible links, listings, or study references. If a link remains publicly available – including SurveyMonkey, Typeform, Google Forms, or any platform where the sponsor has chosen a public-access URL – we generally do not remove it, as public links can be rediscovered, reindexed, or shared again. If the sponsor has fully removed the link from search engines or taken it down at the source, we may review the request, but approval is not guaranteed.

Contacting us does not equal instant removal. All requests require verification, documentation, and a review period of up to 30 business days. We will not remove content simply because a company requests it; removal is only considered when the link is no longer public and the request meets our documentation standards.

Requests must include the exact URL, the reason for removal, and proof that the link has been taken down or delisted. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet these criteria or conflicts with our community standards, documentation requirements, or abuse-prevention policies.

Users are solely responsible for any third-party links, forms, or proprietary materials they publish on Annika's. Posting invite-only, restricted-access, or contractual links does not make Annika's a party to any agreement between the user and the sponsoring company, nor does it imply endorsement or hosting of third-party content.

Annika's does not host or control external URLs; we only display content submitted by users. Any liability related to the posting of third-party links rests with the user who submitted the material.

Annika's complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If we receive a valid DMCA notice from a rights-holder identifying specific content on our platform, we will remove or disable access to that content as required by law. Our internal terms do not override federal intellectual-property statutes, and external takedown requests supersede any user-level link policies.

13. Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Annika's Work From Home does not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information for marketing or commercial purposes.

Personal information collected (such as your email address for the newsletter and limited technical data for site security and analytics) is used only to operate the site, deliver content, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

If you are a resident of a jurisdiction that provides a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" right (such as California), you may submit a request at any time. To do so, please contact us through our site contact form and include "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" in your message.

We will honor valid requests and will not sell or share your personal information for third-party marketing.

For invite-only requests, users may be asked to provide their name and email address solely for the purpose of submitting the request to the sponsor. These details may be temporarily retained as proof of a legitimate invite submission to prevent account suspension for suspected spam or unauthorized activity. This information is not sold or used for marketing and is deleted once verification or submission integrity is confirmed.
